Joshua the GM at this store is everything you want from a service representative! He’s genuine, kind, doesn’t pressure you into purchasing extra services. This is especially important for a woman since we tend to not get treated great when bringing our cars to auto shops. So ladies: can confirm this is a safe space where I felt comfortable and respected. Please give them a try!

My niece gave me a egift card that I couldn't redeem because the center didn't know how to redeem it and he called around and no one knew either. I called into the gift card center and couldn't reach anyone to help. It states the balance but not how I could redeem it or fix the problem in their system. Meineike the whole franchise needs to stop selling gift cards. Now my niece has to email support to get her refund. Otherwise the members at this location are nice and friendly. Got a huge quote for other services that I declined but the price of oil change is good.

I purchased a while ago an oil change package to save money and get an effortless oil change done. Then, I moved to another city YET when I let Meineke know, they told me their "sister locations". I was able to go in, share my info and they were able to have it up and running quickly so I could use my package. Also, the team was honest from the start about what wait time would be like and updates as needed (I stayed since it was only an oil change). I really appreciated the communication as it has been something that has deterred me in the past!

Went for an oil change and found a few days later that they did not replace the oil filter. I called and spoke to the manager which he expressed concern and I went back to get the oil filter I paid for. Good customer service but also this is not something you want to see happen. I can see this happening to many people without them knowing since you’d have to physically look at your oil filter to ensure a new one was installed. My advice is to always check to make sure the work you paid for was done.

I have been bringing my Vehicles here for 6 years. They all have been such a big help. Especially Shane. He Takes the time to walk me through what all needs to be done with my cars to keep them in good shape. They have integrity, which is really rare to find nowadays. I highly recommend Them
