Exhaust system on my 1998 Mercedes. I had gone to several places to get it fixed. They said it would to replaced with new system at an outrageous price. Came to Meineke they looked at it and told me what pieces needed to be replaced. They had my car running smooth all at an extremely reasonable price.

Great customer service. Can quickly get an appointment, and they prompt with your time. Both times I have gone, I stay in store for an oil change. First time I didn’t even have time to open up my laptop. They were quick. Other time, was within an hour. Also cost effective. I will go again for an oil change there

I chose to go with Meineke for an oil change because of the additional services that are included: tire rotation, brake inspection, filling to tires if they’re low, and topping off the fluids. When the oil change was done and I paid the amount due, I asked if the tires were rotated. They said “No. You have to ask for that now, or we won’t do them.” Meineke- if you advertise you are going to perform a service- do it! YOU should ask the customer if they want their tires rotated or not. The customer shouldn’t have to ask you to do a service that is advertised in the package they’re purchasing. At the very least charge less if the tires aren’t rotated! Shady!

Meineke on York Rd in Cockeysville is the best place to take your car for all its needs. I'm a regular for ongoing maintenance and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They're honest, quick, and have a high attention to detail. Fantastic mechanics !

had a very bad experience with Meineke Car Care. I took my car in for a diagnosis of the check engine light, and then the mechanic called me saying it would cost $700 to fix my car. My Mazda 3 has high mileage and is in poor condition, so I was confused about whether I should have it repaired. I told the mechanic that I would let him know tomorrow morning, as it was already 4:00 PM, whether I would fix it or not. I asked if I could take my car home, but he told me to leave it there and not drive it in that condition. The next morning, I informed him that I decided not to have the work done. To my surprise, he said they had already started working on my car. I told him I never authorized any work, but he denied it.
