I had an excellent experience at this Meineke. I brought my vehicle in for a strut replacement yesterday, and by today the job was completely done. The turnaround time alone impressed me. I went through Silver Rock for coverage since I just purchased the vehicle a few days ago. At first, they pushed back on covering the repair, which was frustrating. But Anthony stepped in and really went to bat for me. He fought hard to get the repair approved and made sure everything was handled properly. That level of customer advocacy matters. It showed me they actually care about their customers, not just the transaction. If you’re looking for a shop that moves efficiently, communicates clearly, and will stand up for you when warranty companies try to play games, definitely check this Meineke out.

OMG. Mike was amazing here. He and my uncle really got my car together. The service was outstanding and I felt safe being a woman in an automotive shop. They are trustworthy and swift. I was completely satisfied. I seriously recommend this business.

Customer service very good. Although I thought I was getting a good deal on an oil change was not a good deal. I had coupons for 59.99. Plus another coupon for 5 dollars off if I booked on line. They did not honor the second coupon. They did a full blown inspection which I did not request. I had other appts that day. It took 1 hour and half for an oil change. Best way to do this is ask the customer if they want it it. I work 9 to 5 all week, I just want to be in and out. Will not be going back.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. First I called in with my problem and said what needed to be done( pls note I already knew what was needed). Anthony supposedly made notes in the system and said I was good to go to stop by. I get there and I immediately get eyed down as if I’m an easy mark. I get to the desk and TRY to explain why I’m here again but it’s seems as if the notes weren’t made at all (????) then the service advisor starts RUDLEY talking over me. They take my car to get check and present me with some BS excuse as to why I need completely new parts. That totaled out to 2800. What was needed was absolutely nowhere near that price. I had an amazing experience at Meineke Car Care Center! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. I believe her name was Amber, and she was incredible—she checked on every guest in the lobby, gave personalized updates, and even used our first names, which made the whole experience feel warm and professional. I also received my oil change for free as part of their Veterans Day offer, which I truly appreciated. The combination of great service, attention to detail, and genuine care made this visit exceptional. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my regular oil changes. Highly recommend!
