I've been coming here for all of our cars maintenance for quite some years now. Staff is very hardworking with consistent good customer service. They always address issues timely so that they can be resolved accordingly. They are completely transparent about what my car actually needs and never try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Crew was super quick to get my car fixed and they didn't try to get me to replace my brake pads when they weren't needed to be done. When figuring out time to pick up and drop off my car, they went out of their way to get in touch with me. 10/10 service, very pleasant experience, fair price for work as well.

Excellent service again Oil change timely and at quoted price. Watch out at other Oil places they use power screw guns and strip out on the Skid Plate… this will cause it to drop on the road while driving. This team always takes great care with no surprises.

Took my car to Meineke Car Care on Pyott in Crystal Lake yesterday for an oil change, tire rotation, and a front and alignment. Maintenance was completed within the two hour window I was quoted. Reasonable pricing with a professional, courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this Mieneke location.
