I had to give one star because I couldn’t give zero. AAA towed my car to Fitchburg, MA Meineke in an emergency for a bad clutch. Diagnosis was bad clutch and it was fixed, along with several other issues on the brakes. After picking up and driving approximately 100 miles, the transmission failed completely in the middle of MA. As I live in NY, I had to tow the car myself and started working with Meineke in Fitchburg to figure out what to do because there were no problems with the transmission when it was taken in for service and the transmission was dropped to replace the clutch. Their recommendation was to tow it to Meineke in Kingston, NY, closer to where I reside, and if it was a workmanship problem, any Meineke would honor the warranty. Brought a vehicle in that I was interested in purchasing from a dealership, they were able to take me within 15 minutes of walking in to book the appointment. They were incredibly honest and straightforward. Put the car up on the lift after the inspection and it showed me some pretty serious frame rust. The techs in the garage gave me a walk around of the vehicle and explained the issues. Also special thanks to Mo at the front desk for being incredibly polite and courteous. Great pricing and fast service!

Amazing customer service. Talked me through everything that I was getting done, was able to leave my car there overnight. Quick, easy communication. Also they do overall car inspection when getting an oil change ! Love that !

The Best! Had a tire sensor come indicating I had low air pressure while traveling through this area from New York. The Service Team went through my tires in less than 20 minutes and made sure I was safe driving the car home. Very happy with the service here and how it was handled. If I lived here I would trust these guys with my car everyday. Outstanding!
