I brought my wife's jeep in for a alignment after i installed a new steering kit. After less than 2 months later it started to get the death wobble again. Climb underneath the jeep they popped the brand new ball joints. They didn't tighten the stabilizer shock all the way and had more the 6 inches of play. Never trusting them again. All these parts were brand new and they did the alignment the day after i put them in.

I live in a different state but ive come here twice and both times they were great. Gave me the options to "fix" other things but no up sale pressure. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Nice waiting room with coffee, water and a nice bathroom. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve been taking my car to Meineke for about two years now, and they’ve always taken care of me. The guys there know what they’re doing and their prices are very fair. I’ve never felt like they were trying to overcharge me or add on things I didn’t need. They are always upfront and honest about what’s going on with my car. They explain everything clearly and give recommendations, but they never pressure you to say yes. That’s hard to find these days. There’s honestly nowhere else I would take my car. If you’re looking for a place you can trust, this is it. 5 stars all the way.

I was out grabbing dinner after a Dr. Appointment when my car decided not to start. My daughter went in to Meineke at the Fountain location and asked for help. Eric came over and replaced the battery for us. I appreciate the great customer service that Meineke provided.

Having some standard issues with my Dodge Charger & it is running like a champ again! Still need to have some other things done on it & will definitely will bring it back to Meineke! I want to thank Erik, Joe & the other mechanics at this location for being honest & taking good care of my Charger, "Miss Daisy" 😁 I would highly recommend this shop!
