Appreciate getting an appointment the same day. when I looked at the service ticket it said that a tire rotation was included in the oil change price. I do not believe that the tires were rotated. The price I was originally quoted was over $100. I was happy with the price when he took an additional $20 off. Had all the services stated on the work ticket been performed I think it was a fair price.

My experience at Meineke Grandview location was great! The customer service was more than excellent, Michael was the one who helped us. He was very friendly and very informative. The process as a whole was very easy. I dropped off my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up That afternoon with all repairs done. They also offer different financial options with no credit check needed to pay off my repairs in installments, which is very helpful . I would gladly recommend this company to friends and family and will be going back if I need any other repairs or oil changes in the future.

I just moved to Grandview 2 weeks ago and of course my car decides to explode and leak out all of its fluids right after we closed on our house. I found Meineke on Google and decided to go with them due to their great reviews - they didn’t disappoint! From the moment the tow truck dropped my car off until I picked it up, they were communicative, honest, and transparent with me about the status of my car. They made sure I left with my car running safely and didn’t completely break the bank compared to other places. I will definitely be back if my car decides to give me trouble again! The love this staff showed me is more than 5 stars. I brought my BMW X5 and they treated me like family came out with top of the line service, with love and a great price I would do anything for this staff! The staff and representatives were professional and responsiveI had no issues there. The actual service was also exceptional. Overall I would give it a four maybe five, but because I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and was waiting on my van I don’t think they were respectful of my time. They did not pull it in the bay until 10am. The oil change, tire rotation and inspection took 45 minutes, no other work was done. By the time I left it was 2 hours. I know they are busy but what is the purpose of an appointment if it takes an hour to start the service. If you have the option to drop off your vehicle I would do that.
