Really great guys! Very personable and the prices were fair for a new catalytic converter and other components that go along with that. The work was done to my satisfaction and I got my car back quicker than I thought. I would definitely recommend them for all muffler issues and would use them again should the need arise.

I was greeted by Bill. He immediately Had a mechanic drivemy vehicle in to check on the situation I was having and. He ordered the parts that I needed for my brakes and my vehicle was up and running in no time flat!! They did an outstanding job, the crew and Bill at 440 Burton Rd. in Greenfield mass where Just so extremely helpful, thoughtful, and of course, the problem with my vehicle was resolved. I would highly recommend them and definitely definitely go to them again if need be without hesitation!

Bill was amazing my car was towed over. It was figured out what was wrong he called to let me know. I said ok. One of the guys replaced the started and I was good to go. Great place to have your car needs fixed. I highly recommend.

The person at the counter that checked me in... (I'm bad with names) Was very friendly and was kind enough to let me know my options and the prices of those options before I made my decision on the type of oil I wanted to use. I appreciate the transparency and he was also kind enough to check a squeaking sound I was hearing from my car and the other thing I really appreciate is how quickly it all got done. I got there for my appointment 10 minutes early which was for 8am and if I remember correctly I was out of there by 845 or close tho that. I will be going back for any other work I need done with my car. great service.

Went for an oil change. They did a quick thorough job. I happened to have a part for another car and was having a heck of a time figuring out what filter would fit properly (aftermarket relocated oil filter for oil cooler). The man behind the counter took the part with him and came back with a perfect fitting filter in under 5 minutes. That was after several long visits to an auto parts store nearby. saved me a ton of headache. Thank you.
