Incredible customer service! Ryan and Davi went above and beyond. I drive a wheelchair van and needed help getting air in my tires. They also suggested a tire rotation and said it’s free of charge. To top it off they were super helpful with my broken ramp and even offered water for my service dog. I will definitely come back for all future needs

This is by far the best Townfair Tire in Massachusetts. Davi took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I went in for a set of brand new tires and an alignment. He was very knowledgeable about the products sold at the store but also about the services that my vehicle would receive. I recommend this Town Fair to anyone that is looking for excellent service and great prices. Ask for Davi he will take care of you.

I can’t praise this shop enough. Friendly, quick, and reasonable. There was an issue with the previously owned tires that got delivered, and seeing that I had zero miles left on the ones I was riding on, they remedied the situation at no additional cost (hope you guys don’t get in trouble for saving my butt!) I’m so grateful to find that “customer service” isn’t just a hollow slogan once in a rare while. Thank you. My new go-to place for tires.
