Excellent customer service. Nathan was very helpful and informative. I needed a catalytic converter replacement. It was very expensive but I don't blame meineke as I had gotten other quotes and they were all expensive. Car parts have increased in price due to the tariffs placed on them.

Brought in my wife's '07 Mazda CX-9 after hearing a weird sound coming from the blower motor area. Suspected that there was probably water trapped in there that wasn't able to drain due to a clogged drain line. The service manager, Nathan, was super friendly and helpful. He was familiar with this kind of issue and was confident they could get it resolved quickly. Sure enough, I received an update with photos and videos showing them clearing the drain line and water gushing out (there was about 3 quarts of water trapped in there!) which was so satisfying to see. LOL They completed the work quickly and provided a report where they identified other issues that needed to be addressed to keep our family safe on the road.
