​Top-tier service! ​I am usually skeptical of chain shops, but the team at Meineke really does it right. I brought my high-mileage Ford in for a second opinion after receiving an astronomical quote for wheel bearings from Transolution Automotive. ​Not only did Meineke find underlying issues that the other shop completely overlooked, but they were also able to address everything for the same price the "local" shop was going to charge for just a single repair! Not only did they repair the truck, but they also deleted a check engine light on the house! I quite literally cannot recommend Meineke enough. I worked predominantly with Zach, and I have never met a nicer and more helpful mechanic. On Christmas Eve, he made sure I got home to see my family. He called me tow trucks, he took my many calls, and did all of this while explaining things in a way that someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars could understand. Other car mechanics I have had treated me like I'm stupid and can't understand basic issues, while Zach actually EXPLAINED these issues. These car troubles persisted, and Zach kept the same level of care all the way. Even though my car's story didn't end with a happy ending, my experience with Meineke and Zach made a huge impression on me. Five stars. Will visit again!

I have been going to Meineke Missoula for five or six years, and I always see the same faces working there. When staff stick around it means it’s a good employer and people enjoy working there. They’ve always taken good care of me with fast and honest service. I had them replace an alternator in my car, and that alternator died 23 months later. I got my car back to Meineke and they replaced the alternator for free because it had a two year warranty. I didn’t even know about the warranty. More recently, I had a brake job done. They provided an estimate which I agreed to and signed. When they finished they told me there were other parts they had to replace that they didn’t make me pay for because it wasn’t in the estimate I signed. This is a good shop. Skilled, honest people work there. L

Sam at Meineke is excellent. I completely trust their diagnostics and their capability of fixing whatever is wrong. They fixed my water pump under the warranty, even though it was a little bit past the #Warranty and it didn’t cost me a dime plus they took some extra time at inspecting the front underneath of my vehicle like the axles and I wasn’t charged. If you want a mechanic that you can trust, take it to Meineke. You will not be disappointed.
