I changed my suspension myself on 06 Chevy Trailblazer with aftermarket parts. When I went to this Meineke to get alignment the car was not even registering on the alignment machine because it was so far out of spec. They gave me some advice as to what probably was the problem. I corrected it and went back. They were then able to adjust the toe in, but not camber. Buyer Beware of aftermarket parts from carparts.com. I wasted a couple hundred on suspension kit from them. They did everything they could to get the alignment close to spec without having to loosen lower control arms and make slight adjustments, then recheck alignment, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars more. I Have Been to Meineke at this Charlestown Rd. Location, once in Aug.2025, and Now, Jan. 2026. I’ve had quite a bit of work done……….Serpentine belt, alignment, 4 New tires, Tune up, and a few other things. My experience Has been Great each time! Robbie and The Rest of the Staff there, Do a Great Job! I’ll be going back!👍🏽

Would not recommend taking any vehicle to this location. I can not speak on how any of the other locations run. This one is a must stay away. Went in for a tun up. Told a price. After dropping off the vehicle. Got a call with a new price. Got the vehicle taken cars of.I was going out of town. So was in a hurry. Got back vehicle starts running wores then it did before I took it to their shop. After looking under the hood I noticed they didn't install any of the bolts In the top of my motor. 1 bolt holding the hole top cover on. I brought that up. They took it back in to fix the problem. Told me it would be 1200. To replace them. " Fuel injectors" new problem . To maybe fix the problem. When I get there to pick it up they gave me a new price of 2400. To replace the injectors.
