I sent my mercury sable in for repair after an accident. Had a new cross member, suspension, and steering rack installed. They keep me up to date and informed through the whole process. It was a major repair and my car came back better than its ever been.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend this Meineke location enough! They have truly gone above and beyond for my family twice now when we were in a serious bind. Most recently, my car’s dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree on a Saturday. I had an incredibly tight window of time and desperately needed an oil change and a diagnostic check. Even though they were fully booked, they offered to squeeze me in because they understood my scheduling constraints. The pricing was very reasonable—no price gouging at all, which is hard to find these days. They also saved the day for my husband right before Christmas. He blew a tire during the holiday rush, and they managed to have it ready by Christmas Eve so he wasn't stranded. They even gave him a free alignment on his vehicle. The customer service here is t

I can't help but feel I have been ripped off!!!!! I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak. I was told after a very short inspection that it was a seal on the radiator and that the radiator had to be replaced. $625.00 later and my vehicle had a puddle of coolant underneath it the VERY NEXT MORNING, same leak, same issue that I originally went in for!! I had to wait until Monday to call since they're closed on Sunday. I was told to bring it back, so I did and they found a hole in one of the hoses!!! I believe they did not properly inspect my vehicle to locate the actual problem and went for the more expensive thing for no reason! I am highly unsatisfied, and I am escalating this complaint as high as I can! This is unfair and I trusted Meineke to be honest and fair. I will never put my trust

I went to get my emissions test done and I was really happy with the service. They were super fast and very friendly. I barely had to wait, and they took care of everything smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to pass their inspection without any issues
