I am just so very happy with my new brakes! Nick who works at the desk out front was super helpful answering all of my questions and explaining everything I wanted to know! My car was fixed in no time and what the job cost me was competitive with other garages. They really care about safety and are extremely helpful in making sure your experience is an easy fit into a busy life. I took my truck in for an oil change and found out that I needed more work done. They took photos and told me what I needed. I was able to decline or approve any service. They guys spoke to me like a human being. They explained anything that I was not clear on. I could not leave my truck overnight so they worked hard on getting it done by closing. They were all very courteous and knowledgeable. I was even given a car to use while they did all the work.

Went for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection of brake system. My car is fairly new and in great shape. After 20 minutes, some guy comes from the garage and states he can't get the skid plate off because whoever put it back last time screwed up. I asked how much that would cost to fix, he said around $700. I said nope, I will drive without it. Nick went back and removed it in 20 seconds after that. Then I was told my brakes are fine. I then received an email quote with everything they suggested I fix. This is a great place for basic maintenance like brakes, alignment etc. I came here for a 4wd issue. They kept my care for 2 days to diagnose, then an additional 4 days to replace the part and program it. Every day they told me they had trouble “programming it” and someone from an outside company had to come in to do so but with no timeline. After 5 days we requested my car back, they gave it back to me but told me there were many service lights on. There were multiple service lights in that had not been on prior. I then brought it to the dealership. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 days and told me meineke had broken the rear difference clutch module.
