We had a great experience taking our car to this Meineke! A very knowledgable and friendly crew. Tommy was very helpful and made the process easy to get our car fixed. I would definitely go back!

The gentlemen at the front desk has top notch customer service skills. He was able to give a great quote for my brakes off the top of his head and the mechanics did a great job and also the cost of the brakes was great on my budget. This is my second vehicle they have put brakes on they also did my suv. I would recommend them to anyone

Tommy was great , very helpful. I called about getting a quote on a few things to where I was told to bring in my car to the shop ,so I did the following day . Thanx to him and Josh they found an additional issue which all was done in a timely manner . I was told I would have my car by the afternoon and I was in my car by lunch time, yipeeee . I truly appreciate them and their honesty . Great place , highly recommend !! Extremely satisfied .

I called yesterday morning and explained to the gentleman what was going on with my breaks and he set me an appointment for that afternoon, I got there and they took my car right back and told me what I needed done. My intentions was to go ahead and replace the front and back brakes but upon inspection they told me that I needed not just the front brakes but also rotors (I believe that’s what it was) so I just ended up doing the front and will have to come back for the back ones. For parts and labor it was 496.00 price wise I’m not sure if I could have found some place a little cheaper. They do offer a program I believe it’s called snap it’s a credit card for them and that saved me at the moment in a pinch you pay it off just like you would a credit card. Only been there once and will keep going back for sure! Honest about what was wrong with my car when doing an oil change, told me the best repairs to get next, and upfront about pricing. Didn't push for or upsell things I didn't need :)
