I brought my daughter's 2010 Honda Fit in for a major exhaust system repair. Jay and Radu were great. They took the car in and made the repair for less than originally quoted and quicker than originally expected! They were professional and showed me pictures of all the parts that needed replacing. I would definitely recommend this business - trustworthy and upfront about the work. I was even offered a loaner car. I will definitely use this business again and highly recommend it.

I had a tire that I was putting air into every couple of days. I stopped at Meineke without an appointment and asked if they could possibly check it for me, the gentlemen at the counter said sure. In about 10 minutes he came to me and said that I had a nail in the tire and they could fix it. It would be about 45 minutes. The tire was fixed and I was on my way in under an hour without an appointment! Awesome service!

The worst place to get state inspection! They say they’ve been running this repair shop for 32 years and that it’s “family owned,” but honestly, they’re some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. When I walked in and said, “Hi, how are you doing?” the response I got was just, “What do you need?” No greeting, nothing. I told them I wanted to get an inspection, and they immediately asked for payment. When I asked how long it would take, I got a super vague answer that didn’t really explain anything. I was expecting a quick inspection, but for 15–20 minutes, nothing was happening. While I was sitting there waiting, a bunch of customers came in and out. I noticed they were very friendly to some people, but just as rude to others as they were to me. When I said I didn’t have much time and

I knew it was time to check the brakes and get an oil change. Both things needed doing and it was pricey, but with no appointment, they got my car in and did it the same day. While waiting they told me about a 15% off coupon in the local paper and I saved over $200! They guaranteed the brake pads for life of the vehicle (as long as I own it) and knocked out the work in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

Came in for a routine inspection. Rep failed my car because of a small chip on the tail light. This chip has been here since 3 years and I bring it to the same shop for inspection every year so not sure why they failed it. The manager quoted me $350 for the part and another $250 for labor. Took the car to the dealer and they charged me $85 in labor instead. The team has a habit of announcing issues with your car very loudly so that anyone in the waiting room can hear that your car has issues. I saw them do that multiple times while I was there. I think they do it to make people feel under pressure to repair while they are at this shop. Anyway my advise get a second opinion
