I was able to get into the shop the same day! Alyssa was pleasant to speak with and understood the nature of my immediate repairs. Dave was quick to ascertain additional repairs. No check engine light, brakes repaired and current on the oil change! Thank you, Meineke!

The young woman at the front desk was really nice and she kept me posted about my services throughout the whole process. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but the did a thorough inspection and let me know my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. They gave me the price for the service and I told them let’s do it! In all they were professional and didn’t take long at all. I’m not sure if they take walk ins but I made and appointment and I arrived ten mins early and the took care of me right away.

Totally horrible absolutely should not take anything there to be worked on … misdiagnosed a $2300 steering pump , not the problem , replaced transmission after lie , after lie bolts are missing from skid plate , was told they broke transmission coolant lines that they would replace for me for nothing ! Um I didn’t break them why would you , had a real mechanic get under my car and I can’t believe what they see , transmission fluid everywhere , ZIP, ties holding up lines and bolts missing unbelievable, oh and the car is still making the same noise after I was assured the manager drove it and it was fine ! Unbelievable!!! Cars going to a real shop now to be diagnosed and fixed properly someone down the line is gonna be paying for this fix !!

I was very pleased with the service at the Smyrna Meineke location. Alisa was excellent at keeping me updated on the vehicle's service from start to finish. I also met Ray, the manager, and he was great. The work was completed on time. I will definitely be using this center again.

Went in for exhaust/muffler issue, Ray recommended add’l work on car. Asked him to order parts, paid for job in full - saw coupon online which Emily agreed to credit. Got stuck at work so was late to scheduled appointment; called and Emily assured me it was fine. Arrived, greeted by Emily who was so friendly and accommodating! She told me that Ray will process credit and called me a Lyft to take me home while my car was being serviced. I will not hesitate to recommend Meineke in Smyrna!
