Melvin's Tire and Auto Service Centers

My entire family loves Melvin’s tires and the services they offer. We recently had new tires, brakes and shocks installed on one of our vehicles and they were amazing! Always fair prices, professional, and on time.

If i could give less place less stars I would. Stay away at all cost. The manager Brandon makes up pricing and has no idea what he's doing. Charged $300 for an OEM part that was only $47 on the manufacturers site. He literally told me on the phone that they can mark up the price however they want. Car was in the shop for over a week claiming they couldn't find parts then when the parts came in, they couldn't find bolts for it, come on. As others have mentioned with a rating of 1 star, they are correct. This place must be paying for 5 star reviews.

Hit curb very hard when driving home and was very concerned I caused damage to my car beyond just my tire and didnt know if it was safe to drive my car. Called Melvins, spoke to Bruce and was told I could have my car checked if I brought it in for 6:50 pm. Brought it in, they found the problem, checked things, and also brought to my attention a few other things I need to keep an eye on as well. I am very glad and appreciative they squeezed me in on such short notice. I now have peace of mind my car is okay.

It's been a ridiculously long time since I brought my car to a trusted mechanic. When you go there, they post their labor cost which I love. I grew up with a family of mechanics and pro stock drivers. Now that they are all retired, I was left with having to find a trusted shop. So my Mustang must pass inspection. These guys have bent over backwards helping me ensure the car passes. It's a nice high performance car and want the car to run in the condition required to pass emissions. I did not have any patience left chasing an EVAP problem that kept being addressed, then migrates to the next area. So I ended it by replacing every single part that has anything to do with EVAP. I am down to the wire with a deadline now for a sticker. Monitors need to be ready or I won't pass so I have grown OC

Front desk very polite and helpful. Bruce the assistant manager kept me updated on my car maintenance. Took me in to see my tires which needed to be replace due to wear showed me all the different options to choose no pressure I had coupons which he honored.. Thank you all for a pleasant experience today. Will my going back for service here.
