Was going there every time for oil change. For couple of years. Last time I hear that the thread on my oil pan bolt is not good and I need new bolt. Brought the new bolt - they said they not gonna do it, stating it's wrong bolt when according to the manual it is the right bolt. so the story shirt - they messed up my bolt and don't want to take any responsibility.

Complete rip off. Cost me $300 with this mechanic and three days later check engine light back, didn't tighten lug nuts properly and thank God I noticed before my wife's tire fell off while driving. He denied everything and said he was booked solid with no time to take a look at his work.

Awesome mechanic and reasonable prices.
