Premiere Towing

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. They insisted on cash payment, which I provided, but deliberately did not pick up my vehicle on the scheduled day, resulting in an extra $50 charge for no fault of my own. On top of that, I called in the morning as instructed and was told they would update me soon. I only heard back around 5 PM, so I went to pick up my vehicle but the office was locked. After another call around 8 PM, I finally was able to get my vehicle. The staff acted like scammers, were completely unhelpful, and caused me hours of unnecessary stress and expense. I strongly advise against using this company.

The nastiest people you will ever find. Do not use their service. They are Rude. It’s a shame the Ridefield Police of NJ can do business with people like this. My car was in an accident and went to reales my car, no door bell to ring, can’t access thier building you have to call their number in order for someone come outside to meet you and make you wait outside. If you don’t want to have a bad day don’t use there service.

Has a fake ghost company called “View Towing”. Scammy and tries to charger over $600 for one day storage. This place seems illegal. Has you waiting hours for their nonsense and dont even answer the phone. 0/10 dont reccomend.

I’ve used this towing company twice now. My latest incident where I needed towing was due to a tire puncture (my car doesn’t come with a spare). They came to the rescue quickly with a flatbed. I was impressed by their new trucks and the level of care when lifting the car onto the truck, making sure my low car doesn’t scrape. As a car guy, I am happy with their service and trust them with my car every time.

Extortion ! Only one hour after they towed my mother’s vehicle for parking in the wrong handicap we tried to retrieve it. The police told us we had til 5pm to get our car yet at 2pm they said they closed. The police called them and told them it’s policy to let us get our car back. After much back and forth they didn’t want to open and didn’t take our calls. The police then called again and said for us to go and they had someone waiting for my mom. My handicap mother went and they lied to the police and no one was there. The owner was so nasty for no reason after my mother is crying and told her , no one can tell him how to run his business and told her to Zelle him $315 if she wants her car back or she would have to sit outside and wait until after 6pm and that’s a favor he’s doing.
