Memphis Towing

Both the dispatcher and Antonio the driver kept in contact by both phone & text. He was professional & thorough. His 1st question was are you in a safe place. He got to the house before we did. The whole process went really smoothly. I'd recommend them.

I've used different towing companies, either there prices are to high or not on time. I'm never calling anyone else but Memphis Towing they were extremely professional, fast, and reasonable prices. The driver Antonio was very respectful and professional, they also texted me ETA and invoice. My kind of business, thanks!!!

I had a phenomenal tow truck driver by the name of Tony from Memphis towing. The MPD tow truck guy did a terrible job but Tony with Memphis towing picked it up and brought it to my house afterwards and he hooked it at the right locations for the European car that I had he is now my new tow truck guy and Memphis towing is my new tow truck company thanks guys

He did great especially with time.. I think his name was Antoine, Anthony, Antonio or something like that but he was very respectful ..thanks

I needed to tow my vehicle to my hotel room, I requested the service specifying I have an all-wheel-drive vehicle, 2004 v8 4runner, it does not have a 2WD option, it's 4WD all the time, when the driver arrived I told him the same thing, he lifted the rear wheels, front wheels stayed on the ground, open the ignition switch and put it in neutral, the vehicle was towed +90 miles like that in 4Hi, at the parking lot I tried to move the vehicle, now the whole car shakes when the transmission engages in Drive or Reverse, but it won't move, mechanic diagnostic says transmission has been broken, that the vehicle had to be towed onto a platform, I call the Tow Mate company to recall for what happened, they said that they did not broke my vehicle and hang up, no more answers from them, all I needed
