Would not give ANY estimate of price before agreeing to pay at least $100. Would not acknowledge that it's even possible to make any kind of estimate. Would not even acknowledge that a range existed. Absolutely insane levels of commitment to giving no information. This is for a wheel bearing replacement, nothing insane. Said "the conversation isn't gonna work" or something rather than say any number in the English language. This place is amazing, family run business and it truly shows. All around good people. Very honest and fair I highly recommend them. I definitely feel like I'm part of something..a family when I bring my cars here, outstanding customer service and fast!

Conversed with the office for about 10 mins and received 0 information on a price estimate, it seems like it is their policy never to give price estimates. Not a good indicator of honesty or knowledge.
