I bought my first benz at this dealership! Bruce Wile WAS THE BEST!! He was wonderful on the test drive, he was patient, he told me everything I needed to know about the car, and financing. I love my car and it was certified pre/owned.

don’t buy car here, they’re keep offer people lease the car came up with the big payment with lowliest miles on it , and why do i have to lease the car with big payments and low miles and let it sit in the house just for look ? and the lease payment higher then purchase payments. Some how maybe lease they’re have more commissions then buy ?, anyway everyone need to stay away from this dealership, Plus they don’t really give you a lot of discount like other MB dealership. This dealership is money hungers .

I recently purchased a car from Atlanta NE MB, and had a terrific experience through the entire process. Kristin, Joe, and Danny Kim were so helpful. Very professional, fast to respond, and followed through with any specific request or details that needed attention. I encourage anyone looking for a new or used MB to consider MB Atlanta NE for cars and service.

Arrived at 1:30 for an appointment with Gianni Marini. At 2:25 I have to ask employees of my car’s status and I’m told he is out to lunch and that I will continue having to wait. Car was returned almost 2 hours after a scheduled 20 minute appointment. Not what I expected from a Mercedes Benz Dealership nor something I could recommend to anyone in any capacity. Highly dissatisfied.

I bought three cars from this place but when it came to take care of a minor service problem which they had created anyway,I was given the run around by everyone.it was insulting. They do not stand behind their work. Will never go beck there …ever!! Dr K
