⸻ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Duluth, specifically with their service department. From the moment I walked in, Brian — the young man who was there this past Saturday 2/28/26 greets customers at check-in — was rude and unprofessional. I asked him his name and he told refused to give me his name, and he told me that’s none of my business. I proceeded to ask for a manager and was told there is no manager there. The service advisor Angela yo is nasty and rude. First impressions matter, and their attitude immediately made me feel unwelcome. I proceeded to speak with Tara she had a nasty disposition. The service manager was no better. There was no accountability, no concern for resolving the issue, and absolutely no sense that customer satisfaction ma

They were very upfront about car history and took their time to introduce me to all the features (which I still haven’t mastered) of this car. I had a great experience purchasing a lightly used car from Mercedes Benz in Duluth. Not only do I love my car, but my salesperson was great as well! I worked with Dan Evers and it was refreshing that he didn’t feel like a slimy car salesman. He provided great service from my initial test drive to me driving off the lot.
