He really took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and explained everything clearly. I felt like I knew exactly what was happening and what they were going to do. Throughout the process, Josh kept me updated and made sure I knew what to expect. There were no surprises when it came to the cost, which I really appreciated. Having owned Mercedes for several years, and dealing with a few service advisors I can advise the avoid this service department at all costs. I took my vehicle in for regular service and to have them look at a few issues prior to the vehicle coming off warranty. The first issue I had was water dripping from the interior of my trunk after a car wash. I was initially told that my vehicle had been in a rear accident (which it never has been) and if I wanted them to look at it they would charge a diagnostic fee. I then reported that there was a creaking while going over speed bumps and was told that it was due to my brakes being slightly worn and recommended replacing them. Brought my car here for a regular service appointment as i usually do. The last time i brought it in there was some door adjustments to my vehicle that required a technician to break apart the door and put it back together. When doing so they stained my upholstery and i was given my car back dirty. I went back expecting a different experience and was surprised that the upholstery wasn’t cleaned nor the detail i was promised due to the experience hadnt been completed. Instead I waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me in the lobby and 30 minutes after being helped to be asked by an associate “your cars coming out of the wash” then 10 minutes later was told “were looking for your car” When i was given my car back it was completely filthy.
