I had the best experience here! Tyrone helped me with a recall from the builder on my sprinter. The builder wasn’t very responsive but he was determined to help me out and get me on my way. He’s the most professional and helpful service advisor I’ve ever encountered. Everyone else I interacted with here was so kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend! 10/10!

I called multiple times to schedule Sprinter service and was consistently forwarded to Commercial Vehicles voicemail. I never received a callback. I also requested assistance from the non-commercial team, but still didn’t hear back. For now, I’ll continue using my usual Bay Area service providers.

Mercedes-Benz of Monterey Sprinter service was amazing. We were on a cross country trip and began limping over the 17 headed to Santa Cruz with the van topping out at 35 mph with little to no power. In a panic, we called MB Sprinter and Tyrone totally took care of us. He and his tech team took us in and immediately diagnosed the problem, expedited the part, and let us keep the van overnight while we waited. He went above and beyond accommodating our travel schedule, making us feel at home while we waited, and even found an extended warranty which applied to the part we needed. If we lived in the area, we would totally trust Tyrone and Mercedes-Benz of Monterey Sprinter to solve our Sprinter problems and keep her in great shape.

My son and I have been traveling in our Sprinter Van RV & we needed emergency service support. These folks kindly helped us out in our time of need. They got us in right away even though they were busy & did a great job! If I lived in Monterey I would bring my Sprinter to these folks for everything. Highly recommend!
