I was so pleasantly surprised at the extraordinary level of service I received from Ryan. Not trying to be funny or anything, but I was almost confused! I have never dealt with this dealership before. I have, however, dealt with many dealerships in the past and have come to expect that I am going to be treated like a number. This was not the case with Ryan. It was like I was talking to the owner of a small-town local shop. Ryan was completely flexible, scheduled my service and allowed us to wait. He even allowed me to change the appointment to a sooner time because we had a break in our own schedule. I am absolutely pleased and will come back here without hesitation.
