The service at Wesley Chapel Mercedes’ has always been phenomenal, The best customer service and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. This is my third vehicle purchased with this Wesley Chapel Mercedes and it was top tier service. The sales guy Kisan Chhotalal was so patient, kind and such a great and amazing person to work with. His knowledge about the cars were outstanding. The sales Claude Gourzong has always been superb, excellent and outstanding. The finance guy Sam Nehmani was the absolute best. ⭐ 1 Star Terrible customer service. I have a car purchased through AutoNation (a 2025 Honda), and since this location is an AutoNation Mercedes, I expected the same level of care. I live in Lakeland, so it’s already a long drive out here, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I spoke to a service associate named Bri in which she directed they could do my car an had the parts to do the oil change and she wasn’t even here so I had to go and seek another associate when I got there. I came in for a simple oil change, and it somehow turned into a big mess. I wasn’t told what was done to my car, and I didn’t even realize something was wrong until I was almost home. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel Service Center! From start to finish, the Customer Service Team was outstanding. They not only took care of my car, tires, and service needs, but also went above and beyond by making sure I was comfortable—taking me to a nearby place to eat and picking me up when my car was ready.
