Merrill Gardens at Cedar Mill

My parents moved into Merill Gardens Cedar Mill in November. The staff have been amazing in making them feel welcomed, at home and part of the community. The meals are delicious and served in 2 clean and attractive dining rooms. The common areas are welcoming and nicely decorated. There are many activities to choose from. My folks really enjoy the live music events. The other residents are friendly and have welcomed them. I would highly recommend anyone interested in senior living to consider this facility.

Merrill Gardens is a beautiful senior living community that is always very clean and well cared for. It feels welcoming and calm. I've had great experiences with the staff and everyone is so helpful and kind.

I moved from Eugene, Oregon in May of 2022 to Independent Living at The Ackerly at Timberland (to be closer to three of my then six living sons & daughters). I loved the energy and location. This year (2025) the facility was sold to Merrill Gardens. The transition has been bumpy but is starting to smooth out with our new GM, Melissa Ubiles and the team she has and is hiring to work with her. They want to make our home an even better place to live than it has been and residents are happy with and responding to that effort and dedication.

I have lived at Merrill Gardens at Cedar Mill for a year. I am very happy here. I enjoy the exercise classes, lectures and different games they play. It would be a very long list to tell everything that goes on at Merrill Gardens. i am even taking drumming.

Merrill Gardens is a fantastic community to be at. Anytime I have gone in to visit Karla Salunga or Jill Wyman to see how I can be of assistance to them, they are always hard at work taking care of their residents and tending to their every needs. Their residents are all well taken care of and absolutely adore the both of them. I am honored to be welcomed into their community for events, and even more thrilled to be a trusted care resource for this wonderful community and their residents and continue to look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future!
