Please make sure to call before bringing your car here 1 month later and I had to make multiple calls trips and almost Harrass them to get any kind of update. My car locked on the highway and had multiple re calls I towed my car and was assured they would look at it right away It was a week before I got a hold of anyone at the shop and even then they couldn't find my car. They didn't even know it was there. Then quoted 2 weeks before they even looked at it These are just the bullet points. I know that there is only so much a person can do.
