I brought my car in for warranty service due to an issue with the seatbelt sensor on the passenger seat. I made an appointment for Saturday morning, expecting it to take a couple of hours. When I arrived, the service advisor who received my car told me they were extremely busy and wouldn’t be able to diagnose it right away. He said it might be diagnosed by Monday, but the car wouldn't be ready until Friday. A whole week for a seatbelt sensor is excessive, but it needed to be done. The advisor said something like, “I'd rather give you an overestimate on the delivery time and have it ready earlier than give an underestimated time and not have it ready on time.” He followed this up with, “If we are able to diagnose it today, it might be ready by Wednesday, but we will contact you to let you

My only issue is keep working on your phone setup and Internet issues. I did set up an appointment online yet, It could not be found at the Mesquite location. Thursday I did miss a call from Stacy, but when I called the number back that I was called from, it would try to transfer ring four times and say no one is available to pick up the call. I attempted calling a dozen times. Stacy called me back first thing Friday AM. i explained I had set up the appointment online for between nine and 10 that day and she checked their records, no internet appointment that she could find. I visited Mesquite Kia to get an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival someone was at my car confirming my appointment. Preston had great customer service and ensured I knew how the process would go and where the waiting area was. The service was quick, overall a good experience.

Give Preston a raise because he was absolutely the best with communicating with me as I waited for car’s oil and 4 point inspection to be don. He made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room, he is very much a gentleman, professional and deserves a raise. He wasn't even the guy assigned to me and he stepped up to the plate seeing how I had been waiting in the service area for a while with no one sticking around to help.
