My son was in the market for a vehicle. He was already approved for a loan and knew what he wanted. Came upon the car he was looking for, test drove it and decided to purchase. Frank was amazing all the way, and held the car until all the details were worked out as we were out of state buyers. The sunroof needed to be fixed, and instead was replaced at no charge to us. Frank was honest, professional, and courteous and just a nice person to work with. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, Metro West will be the first place I look! Btw, very nice vehicles on the lot to choose from!

I had a great experience working with Frank at Metro West! This was definitely the best car-buying experience I have ever had, hands-down. Frank is very friendly and easygoing, and honestly and openly addressed all my questions and concerns. After test driving a couple vehicles, I expressed interest in one and we sat down and negotiated a deal that worked for both of us. I never felt pressured or like I was being short-changed in any way. The paperwork was quick and the whole process was efficient. Frank was very diligent about following up when the car was ready after being detailed and registered. Overall, I highly recommend Metro West and working with Frank!

Just bought a 2008 Jaguar xj8 Vanden Plas from Metro West and am very pleased. Frank is a stand up guy (which is saying a lot in the used car world). I live half the country away and there was no issue at all having the car inspected. When a problem was found during the inspection Metro West took care of it without complaint. Communication was good throughout and even when I changed my mind about picking up the car vs having it shipped Frank was helpful.
