Today I had the pleasure of Austin helping me. My nephew rented a cargo van for a big move down to TX. The customer service Austin provided was above and beyond. He was so thorough in the details. He explained the insurance, policies and what damage was already done to the vehicle. He also explained what was done to fix it as well. He showed us the inspection of the van, lights, gas tank ect. He provided us with information if we needed to change drop offs in case of an emergency. He suggested to call ahead of time to see if the drop off location excepts drop off cargo vans after hours because sometimes the key won't fit . I did do this... it helped save time and money because our drop off was going to be 2.30hrs from our home. I appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure we

I will absolutely rent from Meyer again when I need a cargo van or truck. It's super easy to make your reservation and the guys get you on your way as fast as possible. The staff is so nice and helpful, I can't say enough nice things about them. Also, the rental rates are competitive and I feel like I got a very fair price.

We stopped in there today to drop off a rental. Box outside to leave keys and paperwork after hours, but keys do not fit to put in box. Entrance was blocked off so you couldn't leave vehicle in parking lot like it said to do. Now have to drive 70 miles one-way again tomorrow and better not have to pay for gas to fill it up again. Very smooth transaction renting a Budget truck! They contacted me ahead of time about my reservation, ensured it was in good condition before I arrived and were very helpful going through the paperwork. Unfortunately I moved away so I likely won’t be renting at this location again, but if anyone needs a truck I’d definitely recommend this place.

12 stars to this dealership. One stop shop from out of state buyer. I called, got info about truck and drove it back with a full tank of fuel same day. They're not afraid of talk, show, testdrive of their trucks. Have been at many other dealerships saying they have perfect truck but when I showed up seen trash buckets or not presented at all. At Meyers, trucks are prepared for sale, clean and shiny! Great experience, very helpful, friendly and definitely they're my first stop for our next truck!
