We have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. Benito was easy to communicate with, he was very friendly, and his prices were extremely competitive and very fair. I had the same services quoted by another company a week before and they were almost double the price. Car is spotless and he even went above and beyond what I paid for and cleaned and shampooed my 2 year old's car seat for me. Both the vehicle and the car seat look brand new. Will definitely refer him and use Ortiz in the future!

The level to detail through the entire process was something I’ve never experienced before. The two young men I met could not be any more professional and approachable. Silas and Benito are exceptionally focused and personable. I was asked if I would like my exterior washed while my interior was detailed and I said no because I always get my car washed at kwik-trip. After seeing their finished work on my interior and the attention to detail I will definitely be having the exterior washed with my next detailing. These young gentleman are going places in life with their work ethic and professionalism.

Benito runs a great operation. Brought my jeep that hasn’t been washed in 6 months. Benito had it cleaned and looking better than new in 2 hours! Mirror finish with a fresh interior. 10/10 would recommend!
