I took my Hyundai Equus to the shop for them to take off the air rise suspension and add regular shocks and struts . It took over a week for the car to be fixed and my car was not located at the shop at all until it was time to pick it up . I was told at first it would be $400 a few days after dropping off price changed to $650 which was cool . When I arrived to pick up my car I was told the air rise was taken off but car would still sit low because I didn’t have rear coil springs and to get them and come back they’ll put it on . I haven’t been able to drive the car so fast forward to now 4 months later . I find the parts take it to another mechanic and was told that m&h never took off the air rise (attached pictures below). ⭐ 0 Stars This is hands down the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. I was referred here by a family friend, and even though I already have a trusted mechanic, I decided to support them. Big mistake. I came in asking for a specific repair — it was never fixed. Instead, they “discovered a leak” that took five days to “fix.” No calls, no updates, no pricing info. I had to call myself just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car, I was overcharged and my car is STILL leaking oil. How hard is it to fix a leak? The shop is dirty, trash and oil stains left inside my car, and the staff acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting updates.
