⭐ WARNING: Price gouging + extremely slow service They tried to charge me double for an engine air filter — $500 instead of $250. When I questioned it, they claimed that the service department has different parts prices than the parts department, even though I was in the same Kenworth building. Only after I complained and demanded an explanation, they removed the extra charge from my invoice. No apology and no real accountability. On top of that, my PM service took 7 hours, and the service manager could not clearly explain why it took that long. This place takes advantage of owner-operators. Always review your invoice carefully before paying.

This place takes advantage of people! Beware. Take your truck somewhere else. This company is in South Carolina. MHC is good but not in this town. Two different trucks, both terrible experiences. I am from Raleigh NC and will tow right past them in SC to get back to Raleigh, it may cost but it will be right. I was not going to post this until I had the shop in raleigh check it out. They must have gotten mad because they pulled the boot off the turbo to suck trash in the engine, thank God that didn't happen . The truck was there for an inspection, they failed inspection due to the horn, they tried to charge me $5000 to fix a horn. Horn bracket, horn and bumper .I declined, got the truck back to Raleigh. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR POSTED HOURS. As a one truck fleet owner operator, I know the big brand stores charge more, but because they are supposedly 24/7, I decided to get my truck fixed here twice. NEVER AGAIN! They may have workers on site at night and on the weekends, but they aren't doing anything. The inflated hours (4 hours to install a sensor. Got it done somewhere else in 45 minutes) and rate ($240 per hour) they charge must be to pay these 3rd shift workers for doing nothing. Both times I've dropped my truck off on a Friday and not gotten it back until Monday or Tuesday night.... for installing a freakin sensor!
