Feb 18 2026 A+! From the moment I first called to when I was heading out, I was super impressed! Everyone was welcoming, helpful and professional, like I was a valued customer or something! I limped the truck in and they got it in right away…I hung out in their little driver room, which isn’t glamorous or anything, but they are regrouping from a big fire in one of their buildings. Mechanic came in a lot faster than expected to tell me I was ready to roll. Quick diagnosis and repair(and great detailed explanation of cause of issue etc)that I was expecting to be a long ordeal. He didn’t get in my truck all dirty either; saw I liked clean so let me hop in to get it out of the way. Super happy and grateful for such a positive experience. I would like to show my appreciation for MHC in conyers Ga for being the most dependable dealer when it comes to customer service, as well as parts on hand when there’s always a truck to fix! I also would like to comment on Tyler in the parts department. He is extremely knowledgeable. I layed a def dossier gasket on the parts counter and he immediately said, “Cumming dossier gasket huh?” This is so rare in today’s trucking industry. For a dealership theier price are not that bad.. example.. antifreeze from local parts store is 24.99 at kenworth it is 9.99. If u are anything like me. I usually do not just buy 1 gallon. It is usually 6 to 10 gallons at a time. The parts guys are a little slow, lol. But they do a good job.

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing vehicle purchases my family has ever made. My father bought a truck from Mr. Travis Long after being told it only had a few minor issues to fix. During the test drive, the front tires had low air pressure and the truck shook slightly, but we were assured it was nothing serious. After the purchase, he took it for an alignment. As soon as the shop filled the front tires with air, the shaking got dramatically worse. The mechanics then found a major king pin problem—so bad that they couldn’t even complete the alignment. The repair estimate came out to around $900 for parts and labor, something we never would’ve expected or budgeted for. What makes this worse is that a king pin issue is nearly impossible to detect when the front tires are

I had a great salesman (Anthony Morris). Extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my whole purchase process. He really went above and beyond my expectations. It's good to know that a great truck has great salesman also.
