MHC Kenworth - Jonesboro

They were too busy to get me into the shop for aftertreatment work. I had enough details from my tablet to buy dpf sensors. They had to order one for me. I layed over in Jonesboro. Installed part that was ordered and I managed to get back on the road. The price for my parts were very good. I left there with $320 worth of Fleetguard filters. Thank you MHC Kenworth Jonesboro

They had what we needed, with fast friendly service. The guy even helped us get everything out to the truck. I'm glad there's somewhere local to get semi parts... especially in an emergency situation!!

Came in with warranty issue. Simple rocker bridge replacement. They billed nearly 6k 2900ish to warranty company and 2800 to us. Should of fixed it myself less than 400.00 but I figured warranty would covered it being that small of a job. Lesson learned. Stay away.

-As a small fleet owner: This place is a BIG BIG NOOO. -ZERO COMMUNICATION from them. -Truck has been there for almost 2 weeks bad engine ecm. -Don’t believe them when they tell you “we can work it in tomorrow” or when they say “we will call you back with an update “ . So far this has been our worst experience at Kenworth dealer.

I took my truck to jonesboro kenworth with electrical problems, the service manager let me know what they had found and what the cost to fix it. The cost was very reasonable and they treated me like they wanted my business which these days you don't get very often.
