Great Parts Department that is always willing to help even when we need parts for a non-Kenworth truck. Justin always gets us taken care of and makes sure we have everything we need to make repairs, so we don't have to make several trips. Would highly recommend calling in for parts

Yesterday I went to the MHC Kenworth in Lincoln for a few parts and they treated me extremely well. I truly recommend them 100%. Their names are Bob and Shein, they know their job very well and provide excellent service.

0 stars if I could. Do not buy a truck or get your truck worked on here. I spent $270.000 on a brand new truck. It did not come in as specked, sleeper was scratched from transport, wrong gear ratio, Omaha installed a visor and totally ruined it. I had a waterfall every time it rained. They tried to put stainless exhaust elbows and passenger side door wouldn't open without hitting stack. They had my tanks polished and the tank straps are crooked. Too many other issues to list here. I was promised everything would get fixed, thay was 10 months ago. These people are idiots they screw up EVERYTHING they touch STAT AWAY!!!

My husband D Prechtl and i came here and would rate this 0 if possible. We came in because of a high beam and low beam lights were not working. Was charged $255 and they didnt fix anything. They didnt even put the cap back or the panel door, Just left them on the ground. We will never come back here. Pure thieves.
