After a few years of close budgeting and saving I purchased a brand new Cadillac Lyriq from Michael Hohl. The sales process and delivery process was excellent and I have no complaints. The car itself has also been fantastic with one notable exception: the rear turn signal will intermittently not function. This appears to be an electrical issue and is only occasional but there are obvious safety issues with having a randomly non-functional rear blinker. This is unfortunately where things start to fall apart; I have been attempting to get this fixed for months. You would think after shelling out for a luxury vehicle with production defects that the service would be top-notch and proactive, but this is unfortunately far from the truth. Absolutely fantastic service, from Chris and Doug in the sales department to Frank in finance! Although I'm 2000 miles away in Chicago, I'm so glad I made the leap of faith and bought my Lyriq from Hohl Cadillac. And less than one week after receiving my Lyriq, I convinced my mom to get one too, again, returning to Hohl Cadillac for their amazing service! Five stars all the way!

I had an appointment for over a month. They were supposed to order a part that was going to be a 2 day fix. Enterprise car rental called me to assure me that I’d have a car for that time. I got multiple texts and email reminders for this apt stating that the time had been reserved for me. I drove an hour from Spanish Springs to Carson and was surprised when I was asked if I had an appointment. No part had even been ordered. I was made to feel that this oil leaking from my rear view mirror assembly was something I had done. They took my keys. Came back not even 5 minutes later saying they had taken it apart and cleaned it out and I wouldn’t have any more problems. Basically they just washed the inside of my window. There’s no way that was time enough to take it apart. I left my house @830 t
