Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Service

I'm really REALLY pleased with Michael's Toyota of Bellevue!! They came through with an excellent display of responsibility even behind their used cars. We had an electrical issue a few weeks after our purchase and the service department (especially Erika) handled it very professionally. I'll be back at Michael's for my next car for sure!

I had a great experience at the Toyota dealership and service center. The showroom is clean, well organized, and comfortable, with a nice waiting area. The staff was polite, professional, and not pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions clearly and honestly. The service department worked by appointment, and everything was done on time. The cost was explained in advance, with no unexpected charges. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the respectful attitude toward customers. Overall, this Toyota dealership gives a strong impression of reliability and professionalism. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a positive experience.

Rich was my service advisor today. He was fantastic. Very patient, answered all of my questions, and informed me of their packages. It seems like a lot of their employees have been around for a long time (10 plus years), which is a good sign. Car was done in a very efficient time frame. The lady that checked me in at the car/drive in bay was also friendly. The waiting area has a coffee station and freshly baked cookies. I have had a chance to meet 2 women who work in the waiting area so far and they were both so nice and lovely. Ask about their service packages. I will be coming back.

Every single member of the service team is highly skilled, extremely accommodating, very friendly and professional. Best group of employees I’ve ever witnessed all aiming to make the customers feel taken care of and that they are in competent caring hands. 5 star customer service experience.

Really good experience with then service. I was welcomed right away and connected with a supervisor who took great care of everything. They arranged a round-trip Uber, which was super convenient. The lounge was comfortable with free lattes and cookies, the work was done well, and the pricing was reasonable. Installing the crossbars was actually cheaper than going to a third-party shop. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Would recommend.
