Michigan Truck Spring

Recently made an order and was told that I missed the shipping window for that day and the part would go out the following day.I received an email earlier than expected (same day as ordered) with the tracking info. When I traccked it I expecrted to see that ttracking info was already there (this would be normal). What else I saw was the shipping company already had the package. Which was wholly unexpected. Someone must have dropped it off at the shipping company later that day. Because of this I received my package earlier than expected. Talk about customer service, that was above and beyond. I have done business with Michigan Truck Spring on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed EVER. Good prices, quality parts and exceptional customer service. Thank you very much!

Very disappointed in the company. Would never order from them again. Called and ordered a set of hd leaf springs+hardware. Phone agent made a mistake on the ubolts and ordered the wrong width and type (he ordered a custom set of 2.5" square bolts (although they actually shipped 2 5/8"units, when I gave him a measurement of 3 5/8" and stated the bottom of the bolt was round). Supervisor accused me of being the one who was wrong ( The order agent apparently wrote the information down wrong and did not check to insure integrity of his work. During the conversation, I had to repeat myself multiple times to the order agent as he appeared distracted while on the call. Never had a shop sell me leaf springs without a part as vital as a top u bolt plate. Would've at least been nice if that information was told anywhere

Crap shoot ordering online from here. They don't check dimensions before shipping. Had to buy materials and fix myself. When I asked if they'd help me with some hardware to offset the materials cost, they said I can return for a refund. So, I lose money either way. Took 6 days to get that answer too. May be good in person, but I won't use their online store again. Response to business: I had to come out of pocket to fix your mistake- this is why I asked for a (very small) comp: to PARTIALLY offset my losses.

Ordered springs online for my 78 K10. Got a call next day confirming a couple measurements. Springs shipped that day and I had them in a couple days. Good customer service, reasonable pricing and fast shipping. A+++
