After such amazing work and service on my other car, I brought my 1957 Thunderbird in to refresh the paint. These guys sanded down to bare metal, primed, and painted the car, then buffed it to an incredible shine. That car looks better than it did when it rolled off the assembly line. Once again, great job, gret service, and a fair price. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Incredible service. I got my car back today, several days before originally quoted. It looks TERRIFIC! These guys sent me updates with pictures every day while they were working on my car. It was really nice to see how much attention to detail went into fixing it, and that attention shows in the end result. Mid Island Collision Centers in Carle Place really helped me out recently. I had two separate accidents within about two weeks on two different cars, and neither was my fault. I brought both cars here and they did an awesome job fixing them. They were easy to deal with, handled everything the right way, and worked directly with the dealerships so I didn’t have to keep going back and forth. One of my cars was wrapped and they took care of the wrap and re-wrapped it after the repairs. It came out looking great. I also appreciated how often they kept me updated. I never felt like I was left guessing what was going on. The only thing I’d say is I wish it moved a little faster, but the quality of the work was excellent and I’m really happy with the results.

My vehicle was involved in an accident when it was parked, so going into this process was unwanted and stressful. My story comes full circle with mid island coming on top in customer service, support and over the top workmanship. In September 2025, my vehicle was unfortunately stolen from the glen cove facility after they had completed all damages that were caused by an employee of Firestone while doing a simple alignment. With no support at all from the detectives in the Nassau County 3rd precinct, after 30 days, the vehicle was claimed a loss and I was paid from insurance. In December 2025 the vehicle showed up on Copart’s auction site after being impounded in Suffolk County. It was unbelievable to me that this vehicle stayed on Long Island, was driven for 5000 miles and undetected for almost 4 months. I am happy to state that I am now in possession of the vehicle after repurchasing it from the auc
