Tesla Collision Carle Place

Wow. Now even if you don’t own a Tesla model. I have to give credit to the ease use of the app, communication with Tesla Collision Carle place and the constant updates to my issue. Now the details. My front window was cracked and I contacted Tesla Carle place, was given a n early estimate which was by the way spot on. Informed that is would be windshield change which I would have to be reimbursed by the insurance company. Kudos to Dennis and the front desk team of Miah and Monica for being professional, courteous and informative at all stages of the process. Constant updates. The repair took one day, the car looks brand new. It was cleaned well, no evidence of the work that was done. Spotless. The team at Tesla collision Carle place are awesome . Amazing experience at the Tesla Collision Center! Monica and Miah at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. So kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help every step of the way. Dennis was fantastic as well. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his work. Honestly, the whole team does. My car was finished faster than I expected and looks brand new. They even cleaned it inside and out, which was such a thoughtful touch. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this location. Huge thank you to the entire team!

I can honestly say I had the best experience with everyone at the Tesla Collision Center. From the front desk staff, Miah and Monica, to the estimators and technicians, the service was excellent all around. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They were always on point with any questions or concerns I had, very responsive, and made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would turn out right. My car (Model 3) needed several repairs on the right side, including replacements, paint work, and dent repairs, and they did an amazing job. The car looks like nothing ever happened. The turnaround time was incredibly fast; far better than any third-party Tesla-approved shop I’ve dealt with in the past. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received timely updates throughout the repair process, and everyone I interacted with was professional and efficient. The facility itself is clean, modern, and clearly well-managed.
