The tow truck driver, Ed, that came out was incredibly friendly and helpful. A delivery company decided to leave my new engine in the middle of the driveway and the driver pulled it up on his lift and moved it! Great pricing and great service. I know who I'll call for future tows!

I normally don't leave reviews but I had a very bad experience with this business. Had Mid State Towing tow a vehicle to an auto-shop recently (which went fine). However, there was a billing issue with my insurance that resulted in Mid State calling me to get payment some weeks later. At first I thought it was a scam phone call since the person calling was vague and dodging questions. After asking for clarification out of my own confusion/concern, the person calling from the office was incredibly rude, dismissive, and flat-out confrontational. I paid and asked them to send me a receipt for my insurance coverage. They said they would but I haven't received it. I will never seek anything from this towing service again.
