Senior Cottages of Apache Junction

Beautiful complex and great people. Quick to repair for maintenance but,,,, only rent here if you like your rent going up two times a year and then even a third time and my 3 1/2 years I’ve lived here. I love it but I’m not gonna be able to afford it. I went from $650 to the latest increase is up to $950 for a beautiful one bedroom spacious apartment that seniors on a fixed income aren’t gonna be able to afford long. I would advise you to look elsewhere.

I was skeptical about my move,I haven't lived in an apartment atmosphere for over 60 years. The manager is absolutely the best, caring, listens and delivers. If she can handle your request she does if not she says so. No him haaing around. Great property, extremely well kept. In today's world of renting it is more the fare. I feel thankful that I was able to move here. I would recommend to any low income couples or single persons. Love this place...... Judy

This place is quiet, friendly, and so clean. The yards are on a weekly basis and great!!. Brian, the maintenance man is so competent. The apartments are kept up immediately. The prices are great. Manager does a wonderful job and gets everything done as soon as possible. Great place to live!!! This not what it used to be. Large rent raises every year plus a new landscape service, that is worse than before. Oct 2024
