Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The information presented was thorough and detailed. There wasn’t any pressure but instead a calm customer service gentleman who even found coupons offered for the services being offered.
Midas is very reliable, quick, and fair. Mike Foster, the manager at this location, is amazing and has always taken care of us. He is the reason there's no other place we would consider going to.
Always have a great experience with Midas. I stopped by this location for an oil change today and Lori helped ensure everything was quick and easy! Grateful for the team here.
Bummer. Had great experience with these guys in the past but I just went in for my scheduled brake check at 9 AM which I confirmed they could have me out in less than an hour but the guy just told me one and a half to two hours. That's fine if that's the reality but it's disappointed that they went ahead and scheduled me if they knew they weren't really going to be able to do that. Very disappointing customer service. I won't Be going back.
I absolutely love this Midas. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I enjoy coming in fast, friendly service. I’ve never had an issue, but I also enjoy. They always let me know if my car needs something and they take care of it which I love. So thank you Midas you guys are great
