I had an appointment for service on a Monday when I came in the door I was greeted and treated with a Midas touch of customer service with politeness and professionalism .James confirmed the service I needed and the team service my vehicle. James took the extra step of including a coupon a special Midas was offer to my repair bill .I was so appreciative.i had car service with this same location some years back and I experienced the same courtesy service. Excellent service at Midas. I went in on Friday afternoon with what I thought was an exhaust issue and discovered I needed a front hub assembly. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and get top of the line parts and get me back on the road in an hour and a half. Have been back for rear brakes and serpentine belt. Appreciate the expertise, highly recommend this location. Scott and Chris are both excellent!! Thank you!

Chris was very courteous, polite and helpful. He originally did not think he would get my car completed the day I took it in at about 10am. However, by a quarter to 1pm he was calling to say it was ready. I think I have found my new auto repair shop! They have taken good care of me thus far! Highly recommend!

I used this Midas to handle an extended warranty claim. Extended service warranties can be a challenging process and the staff took care of everything for me. Constant communication and updates on the status of my claim and repair made this potentially frustrating process extremely easy. The speed and quality of my repair, as well as the professionalism of the staff led me to get my brakes done as well, something I was planning on doing later. I would take my vehicle back to this location in the future.

Went in to get some work done on my car's muffler. Found out it was a split flex pipe. Luckily they had a spare at the shop and was able to replace it, was in and out in an hour. The service was fast and efficient and didn't charge me too much. Would highly recommend these guys for further repairs.
