I’ve had a few things done at this Midas, they are always up front and accommodating to whatever you need. They also work quickly to get you your car back soon. Today they were able to do the brakes in my car a whole day ahead of schedule. I appreciated the effort and convenience.

Three days after fixing my Car at Bilerica Midas I have a good reason to rate them 5 stars. My cur is running fine. The staff is fair and reliable. I would recommend them to everyone and for sure I will be coming back next time .

Biggest waste of time. Call at 8:30 in the morning for an oil change. They tell me bring it in for 10:30. Im there 15 mins early. They didn't take my truck in until 11. Then the kid working on my truck decides to come in the waiting room and grab a bag of chips. Takes a break. Then takes pictures of my truck from every angle. Comes back again, grabs another bag of chjps. Now if you are a half hr behind on an appt I dont think this is the time to be taking breaks. Then he gets on his phone. I couldn't believe it. 45 mins after my scheduled appt another mechanic came in the waiting room and told me he couldn't do the oil change. He didn't feel comfortable. Bring it to the dealer. If I wanted to bring it to the dealer to pay top dollar for a simple oil change I would have. In the end I got m

I took a chance on Midas in Billerica & I am very satisfied with the repairs & the service I received. The manager was very professional & supplied a very detailed quote very quickly after diagnosing my car ( also seen same day ) I was quoted, had two moderate repairs completed and out the door within a 3 hour timeframe which blew my mind. I was worried about not having my car & before I could find a solution the manager offered me a loaner, I did not have to ask. My car is running great. I was treated incredibly fair. I will be a return customer. The store was very clean & I cannot honestly name even one thing, even small, that went wrong with the whole experience. 100
