Prompt service today! Jose promised to be done by 8:30 AM so I could go to my appointment, and they finished 15 minutes early! Also, helpful information, professional work, and attitude. A nice store to return to....

I have been to multiple MIDAS locations in the Bay Area and have always had awesome experiences. But this one location in Campbell was stunningly disappointing. I booked an appointment well in advanced as I usually do. Ended up waiting for well over a full hour to get a quote on pricing for the required repair work. I never got the quote as Joe was too busy chugging on his high fructose corn syrup beverage whilst helping another customer who showed up AFTER I did...and WITHOUT an appointment. Silly me for thinking those who have appointments would have priority over those who don't. The absence of basic courtesy, professional etiquette, and lack of eye contact was the icing on the cake though. Muy decepcionado.

Amazing service! Joe and Oscar helped me with an issue (bad tire pressure sensors installed by another Midas branch). The other branch sent me here after not being able to trace the issue. Oscar quickly took care of the problem during an already very busy day.

Car repairs always get expensive, so I expect some good customer service. I can guarantee great service here with Joe. He made my experience easy, quick, and he was super nice. I will be coming back thanks to Joe!
